 Leonard Albert "Lenny" Kravitz, nacido en New York  el 26 de Mayo de 1964, es un cantante popular, compositor, multi-instrumentista y productor, cuyo estilo "retro" incorpora elementos del blues, rock, soul,funk, reggae, hard-rock, psychedelic ,folk & balada.

Además de ser la voz principal y las de apoyo, a menudo toca todas las guitarras, bajo, batería, teclados y percusión él mismo cuando graba.
